Introducing seoulpoise!

About | seoulpoise

Hello, I’m seoulpoise.

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based in Canada and also work as a casino dealer in the evenings. During the day, I help people relieve pain and discomfort through therapeutic massage, and at night, I meet people from all around the world at the casino. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both physical wellness and the beauty of cultural exchange — especially when it comes to sharing Korean culture with others. That’s what inspired me to start this blog.

I was once a taekwondo athlete in Korea, which meant I experienced my fair share of injuries and chronic pain. These experiences led me to pursue massage therapy in Canada, where I focused especially on muscle care and stretching techniques. Now, I apply this knowledge daily to help clients manage their pain and improve mobility. I’m also naturally good with my hands — something that helps me both in therapy and as a dealer, always aiming to offer the best service possible.

Through this blog, I share easy-to-follow stretching routines, pain relief tips, and insights into the Korean lifestyle, food, and culture. My goal isn’t just to provide information, but to help you build sustainable, healthy habits in your daily life.

Stretching isn’t just something you do after an injury — it’s one of the most effective ways to prevent pain and protect your body. Just five minutes a day can make a big difference in how you feel.

I hope this space becomes a warm and trustworthy source of knowledge and encouragement for anyone seeking better health and a deeper appreciation for Korean culture.

Thank you for visiting.
